Horrific staff, horrific experience. I would never go back

Strongly advise finding a different professional who cares about their patients and helping them

I was referred to Dr. Pavot from the ER after having an MRI there. They wanted me to follow up with Dr. Pavot to get a more detailed MRI with contrast to rule out MS. The receptionist was out sick for 2 days and the office was unable to make appointments with out her. When she did call me back, she left a very curt, dismissive voicemail that said that they couldn't see me "because Dr. Pavot does not DO headaches". When I called her back to explain my situation, she cut me off mid sentance, again, with "we don't DO headaches". I said I'd find somewhere else to go and she responded with "good" and hung up on me. Sad to say that I can't even review the doctor himself because his receptionist is awful. Thanks for making a difficult situation worse. I'd give her zero stars if I could.

DR. PAVOT IS PERSONABLE AND THERO. HIS PROFESSNALISM IS ALSO APPRICEATED. I HAVE ENJOYED POSITIVE RESULTS AFTER HIS TREATMENTS. YES I WOULD RECMEND DR. PAVOT. THANKS FOR ALLOWING ME TO EXPRESS MY THOUGHTS.

Gave information to spouse but not to the patient. Dr said the patient should no longer drive even though the patient had a perfect driving record.

Dr. Pavot is one of the most insensitive practitioners of medicine I have ever witnessed. I had markers for MS, but no definitive diagnosis. Turns out I did NOT have MS, but Dr. Pavot was happily recommending Beta Blockers as a good option for me. , I continued to receive fliers, and info on ALL the medications that Pavot is selling. I definitively do not have MS. My issue was with compression of my C3,4 and 5 which has been treated with success by a Upper Cervical Chiropractor. Look into this if you are having neurological issues. I would discourage any person from using Dr. Pavot that is looking for real land meaningful answers about their health.

Dr. Pavot is caring, kind, and takes the time to know you as a person and then as a patient. I always feel a little more well informed and comfortable after meeting with him.

Dr. Pavot listens well, looks at his patient, then apologizes for turning to the computer. A very thorough interview and examination. Calm, knowledgeable, competent. I was highly satisfied with my visit to Dr. Pavot.

Dr. Pavot was wonderful with our teenage daughter. She felt vey comfortable talking with him and he talked TO her instead of around her. He was a huge blessing to our family

I have been seeing Dr. Pavot for awhile now. Through my journey with my illness, I have seen many different neurologists. I know which ones are good and the ones that are not so good. Dr. Pavot is very knowledgeable in his field as well as issues not pertaining to neurology. Most doctors are eager to push you out the door spending less than 10 minutes with you in the examination room, however, I never feel rushed with Dr. Pavot. He is thorough in making sure all my needs are met, and that all my questions are answered. If you want a doctor that truly cares about your well being, health and outcome I highly recommend Dr. Pavot! The whole staff is wonderful too!
