Dr. Pilar Reyes Gonzales, MD

It is unfortunate when you have a great pediatrician that hires all the wrong staff. This Great Doctor sadly does not have same day appointments. The staff old and new is trained to advised a concern parent that has to take off from work to go to an urgent care or the hospital. Really disappointed in you Dr. Gonzales and your staff. Some of the awards need to be reviewed along with your staff!!!

First I want to say that Dr. Gonzales is a wonderful doctor. The service of this office changes with the staff. I have seen many faces and while she had good staff in the past, I don't know how I feel about the new ones now. I called for a same day sick child appointment. I was told there wasn't anything available and told to go to an urgent care center. My son had a fever, chills, nausea, and headache.

I have been bringing children to Dr. G since 2002. Being a foster parent, I have had many children here over the years.My experience with Dr. P and her staff has been amazing. If a child is sick, they will be seen by the Dr. that day. They have always treated me with respect and understanding. I would definitely recommend Dr. Gonzales to anyone. They are like a family there.

Dr. Gonzales is the best pediatrician in the WORLD. I've had her for over 20 years and she has cared for all my children. I wouldn't take them anywhere else with or without insurance. You will never get quality care like Dr. Gonzales anywhere else!

Dr. Gonzales was voted best Pediatrician of Osceola County 2011 and I know why! She is very kind and considerate as well as the most professional physician I've met. I love her and my kids love her.

I have 4 kids and they all Love going to the dr! We have been seeing dr. G since my son was only a few months old so 2003! I would not recommond another ped. She is patient with the kids and explains everything to you. She is the best and we love her!!

Dr Pilar was my pediatrician and now she is my son's doctor. She is great very caring. She still remembered me after 10 years of not seeing me.She diagnosis problems quickly and accurately. I love her and my son loves her.

My daughter had a strange rash I thought was an allergic reaction. Dr. Gonzales was the only doctor that was able to diagnose the rash as a sign of an airborne virus she caught while we were in another country. She is kind and has an excellent bedside manner. I wish there were more doctors like her out there.
