Dr. Ping Wang, MD

Both my husband and I have been cash patients with Dr Wang for years. Her original staff was great and accommodating,they since have left the office and have been replaced with the most unprofessional, rudest receptionists I have ever encountered in my life. The female was being very short with me, trying to convince me that I’m not a patient of Dr. Wang. If I’m not a patient then how have my prescriptions been getting filled??? I called back in the next morning only to talk to a male receptionist, who wasn’t any better, he told me I was being comical (not in a nice way) and then hung up on me. Dr. Wang, as good as u are, unfortunately ur staff up front will only cause u to lose patients because of their lack of respect for them. They were not helpful at all. In fact, they chose to continue to argue with me instead of just allowing me to speak to the Dr and then hanging up on me. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this place!!!

Dr Wang is dedicated to serving her patients. She has been my and my sister's doctor for years. I just became the caregiver of my brother and now he goes to there. Dr. Wang us patient and thorough. She is about as close to your old fashioned family doctor that you are going to get today. She talks to you and not AT you.

Dr Wang is the best doctor I have ever had. She treats my mother, husband, and sister with love and care. She is determined to make sure you receive the best care possible. Over the last 4 years she have remembered all the details of my history without looking at the notes. She has even encouraged me when I felt down about my sickness. Not only is she knowledgeable in her field she doesn’t make you feel like she is in it just for the money. I’ve seen many doctors over the years and she is a rare find.

Waited literally all evening 5-7:30 just to be told Dr qin won't refill my prescription. After they told me on the phone, and the medical assistant told me he would. So now I'm out of my medication, and wasted a whole evening. And I could barely understand the English.

She sees my husband, teen boys and I. She sees all my siblings, mother and in-laws. She doesn't ignore your complaints and addresses them with proper testing and referrals for specialty. She doesn't round in the hospital, you have an admitting physician. As for your chronic pain, providers MAPS you. If she prescribes 30 days its because you were probably searched in MAPS (prescription monitoring for medications). Providers can see your doctor hopping, pharmacy hopping, hospital hopping and ER visits. She's not money hungry for these follow-up visits. Providers do this so you don't OD. She is a great provider and smart with her management of care to her patients. She wants her patients to be healthy and alive. Patients need to put your part too.

I absolutely LOOOOOVVVEEEE Dr. Ping Wang. She sees my entire family and she knows us by face and name. She's so attached to her patients and she knows her stuff! She should have a waiting list to receive new patients because her old patients rarely leave.

what a lovely Doctor. Her staff was very warm and welcoming. She made me feel very comfortable. Her bed side manner was exceptional.

Did not like that my issue was ever addressed. Just a smirk and no concern whatsoever. Left with the same questions that I went in with. Always referred to other doctors when I ask any questions. My health is important to me and would like to be assured that I am ok and my concerns are addressed since I only go in once a year to see her for a physical.

I was mislead by her staff did not meet my needs wasted my time I would never go there again and I would never send anyone there worst ever very mad

The worst experience I ever had with a doctor. I went there for annual physical check. I told her about 5 of concerns about my body. Dr Wang gave me nothing of advice or even did not take any notice of my 5 concerns. But tell me to see other doctors or go back to see her again. That means I have to give her money again and again. She has money in her eyes only but have nothing respect and responsibility to patient.
