Dr. Dulai is great. STAFF A HORROR. No messages returned. I had to drive there to get what my Father needed. Front desk woman is an uncaring horror. Could care less about anyone. Left 2 messages never returned and unfortunately my Dad passed..I left a message and no call. DISGUSTING OFFICE.

My wife has been going to this office for about a year, at first it was okay but very quickly it became bad. This office is super hard to get in touch with, they barely answer the phone and when you do get a call back its pointless since they’re no help! My wife has been trying to get her meds for about a week and the office is unresponsive/not helpful. My wife has relapsing MS and cant go without her meds. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME there has been a delay with her meds The appt wait times are horribleeeeeeeeee !! My wife and grandma both use this doctor but i wished they didnt as there is noooooo sense of urgency with this office

My mother had an appointment scheduled with this doctor. We arrived on time for her scheduled visit, which was set months ago. Once in waiting area , there were no seats and I had to stand in a very unorganized waiting area. Waited 2 hours without even an apology as to the length of time we waited. It’s obvious the doctor overbooked the visit and it’s extremely unfair to have people waiting these lengthy times to be seen. If the doctor is concerned about cancellations she should charge a cancellation fee but it’s unacceptable to be made to wait this amount of time.

My father is a patient of this doctor, I cannot speak to the car he is getting as someone with Alzheimer's since her office front desk is terrible and/or she does not return phone calls even after 5 messages and over 12 phone calls over 2+ weeks. We are trying to make key decisions on my father's care and when a doctor doesn't even call back to discuss, it certainly speaks to a poorly run office and/or a doctor who simply cannot be bothered.

A problem that has been dogging the patient for 5 years, and has been examined by doctors in 3 continents, she figured out within 15 minutes of a verbal consultation, followed by thorough examination to confirm the diagnosis!

She took more interest than most doctors. I liked her

Dr. Dulai saw a relative in the hospital. Her bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. Her lack of caring and consideration of family members was disgraceful.

Ignored by my RA doctor for over 6 months when I complained of lower back pain, Dr. Dulai immediately ordered an MRI and diagnosed spinal stenosis. I am now getting proper treatment. She is a very caring doctor and never rushes you out of her office.

Terrible doctor.
