A doctor who solves the difficult cases that many doctors can't. Almost in retirement, He is a very busy man.

I have seen him twice so far and both times he seems to really pay attention to my needs and he is very sensitive to them and made me feel quite comfortable and secure with his care.

I would love to give a comment for the Dr. but he has rescheduled my appointment three times all on the same day as the appointment. All three times I took a day off work which I cannot get back. I do not recommend this doctor due to his or his offices complete lack of caring for anyone else's schedule or lives... DON WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Powen Hsu for several years now. I have seen Doctor Hsu for back pain after a car accident and for cervical radiculopathy . He is a great doctor he listens and answers all your questions. I requested a Physical Therapy referral rather than be given more meds for pain. He has always agreed on my decision to try therapy and tells me to call the office if I need to get in to see him or his other providers. The Staff at New Era Medicine are always very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this office to every one . I am thankful this office has great providers. Great work

Dr Hsu is a smart, caring physician. I had read a few negative reports about him, but my physician recommended him. I suspect some pain med seeking people may be unhappy, but he is very smart and caring. Don't be fooled by the opinion of those seeking pain meds.

Dr. Hsu has been treating my chronic pain for years and has worked with me thru insurance changes and lapses in insurance. He has a very pleasant and caring bedside manner. He doesn't over schedule, usual wait time is 5 minutes, I've never waited more than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend him.
