I don't have an issue with Dr. Patel as much as I do with the people that work there. I left 3 messages in 3 days. The pharmacy has left messages and it's day 3 out of medication for diabetes, blood pressure, and cholesterol. I pay a hefty insurance premium and a 40$ copay each visit. You think I would be treated better. I've had enough of the cattle room office and am leaving for a doctor's office who has time for the patient.

I've been seeing dr. Patel for almost 3 years now. I am very happy with her. She is also my daughter's doctor. She's been seeing her since birth.

I find Dr Patel to be very genuine and caring. I have seen her several times and have never been unhappy with her care, or her professionalism.
