Dr. Pradeep Kumar Roy, MD

As a new patient I had my first appointment scheduled and they cancelled on the very day. They made a new appointment only to be cancelled again that very day. The third appointment was again cancelled that very day. Obviously I’m not going to make another appointment. As a mental healthcare provider this is totally unacceptable. What do his patients in crisis do????

My husband ran our of meds. I am currently dealing with him going through withdrawal symptoms- NOT FUN. We have tried calling many times. They either do not answer, line goes dead or it goes to a mail box that is full and not taking more messages. Every time in the past we have had to wait at least 2 hours to see the dr, when he is actually present. Many times the appointment is by web camera. Some times the clinic is closed during our appointment and we never received a call about it. One time we drove all the way to the clinic to find it closed, called and no answer so we went back home. After arriving home they did return our call to let us know that they were now in the office. It is always a hassle to get a receipt of payment. Many times the appointment is NOT in person but by web camera.

What a joke not know you from anyone else. Will sell you a dx just to make money from pharmaceutical drug cos.

Quick to take us in. Wonderful people in the office. Treated with respect. Doctor was thorough and good disposition. Would highly recommend.

I am always seen in a timely manner and they have late night appointments for those who work. I am always greeted warmly and my meds are on point.

I want to go to work for Dr Roy!!! I called his office all day yesterday and all day today and keep getting the answering service that says they are at LUNCH!! What a wonderful place to work! Can you imagine spending your entire work day at lunch? wow!!!!!

The office is so unprofessional and uncaring. Almost every time I have called and I gotten the answering machine. Seems as if they refuse to turn their phones on during normal business hours... Theres always an extreamly long wait to see Dr.Roy. Not worth the hassle. I rate them as a zero but required to at least give one star.

I waited for 3 1/2 hours and when I finally seen Dr. Roy he just argued with me. I've been seeing him for a year. I just wanted help and unfotunately He just passed judgment. I'm hurt.
