I have had CRPS for 10 long painful years and this dr Zeff was extremely insulting m, very rude, and looked like he was on drugs or something. The wait time was ridiculous my appt was at 1140 and got me in at 200 !!!! U go in to the pain dr and he’s incompetent... goin to have to find a new dr with some sense????????????????????????don’t go to this office u will not b happy

Dr Gupa has been my Dr for a few years. He is very knowledgeable, and caring. He has recently went through some changes in staff which I feel was a good decision. Thank you Dr Gupta for treating me as a person not just a number.

I recently saw Dr Gupta for the first time and he is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I have seen. He seemed to genuinely care about my pain and the pain of his other patients. I look forward to experimenting with different medications and physical therapy to find a solution that helps me. Thank you Dr Gupta and Staff for being so kind and helpful.

The three times I was seen in Dr. Gupta's office were all horrible. I should not have gone back the second and third times... I wish I could give 0 stars...

The Edgewood location has rude staff, and extremely long wait times if you actually want to see Dr Gupta (up to 2-3 hours). Otherwise you get stuck with the “dr of the month” that he brings in to see his patients, just to keep his patient count up. It is all about the money. No one really cares about you. Allows addiction to happen because of not monitoring close enough, and then prescribed Suboxone without any true plan for help. Awful! Do NOT use Dr. Gupta period.

Rude staff. I wouldn't take there or refer him to my worst enemy. Will take advantage of insurance. Doesn't matter what kind.

There is a constant turnover in his staff from one week to the next. Big red flag ! Dr Gupta is very short/ rude, no compassion, and the fact he has constant staff turnover is evident nobody wants to work for him. One day I had a scheduled appointment, there were no seats left in the waiting room, patients were going outside to sit in their cars. Other patients will converse in the waiting room about how terrible the office, the wait, and the staff is. The staff seemed totally unconcerned. I was told at 5:30, after I had been waiting since my 2:30 appt time I would not be seen that day, I would have to reschedule. I was furious. The waiting room is very dirty. The restroom is located inside the waiting room and is horrendous. ( dirty office = dirty medical care) The wait time is horrendous. He has no back up DR. if he is out of town, which is quite frequent, and calls are never returned. He has a research facility , and patients are being experimented on with new procedures or… medications, all the time thinking he has done it before. His staff are all incompetent, untrained, and unprofessional. One of his “supposed medical assistants” , tried several times to start my IV, clearly she had no experience and I had to insist that Dr Gupta do it, then she told me she had only been shown by Dr Gupta how to start An IV, she had no phlebotomy IV training, she had previously been a bartender for 20 years. ( no medical training either!) I left and I would never go back. You are trusting that a Dr. Is competent, that his staff is competent, well, have no trust! do your own homework, and check out the people you are trusting with your life ! Our medical system is broken! And patients in pain put up with this terrible care because they are desperate, and there are not enough competent medical providers, especially in pain management. Find a competent DR, with competent , trained staff. DR Gupta may be knowledgeable , but all the negatives cancel out using him as a Dr.

Living in pain for years hinders one's enjoyment of life. A compassionate doctor who strives to end the pain or to make it tolerable is rare to find. Dr. Gupta and staff excel at this task. Facilities are the state of the art and all work to ensure your comfort.

I have been coming to Dr. Gupta for years. I have a very high opinion of him as a doctor. However, the overall operation of the office is not good. I never get a call back on an email I left. The waiting room time is usually about 2-3 hours. I have had many experiences where set up procedures have fallen through the cracks and have delayed my progress in treatment. People in the waiting room talk openly about the lack of coordination and the amount of time they have to spend waiting. I have been passed over more than once. The feeling I get from the office staff is that they really do not care about helping people, just can't wait to go home. If Dr. Gupta was not such an excellent doctor, I would never go to this office again.

I called to get an appt. and was told my info was going to be passed on to a nurse who would That day or early the next. After 4 1/2 days of waiting, I called to try to get in. I was told that I could not get in for a little over two weeks-when you are in pain it is too hard to wait that long to get into a pain management clinic! I therefore went elsewhere.
