Dr. Prahalad Benipr Jajodia, MD

Do not go to this GI Dr. One of the worst and careless Dr. Never sees his patients. Always rescheduling our procedures the day before even though we prep for the colonoscopy. Then makes us wait half the day so he can do the inmates first. After my procedure I got not call to follow up on my results. When I called the office they said the Dr said to follow up with my primary Dr. Which I don’t understand because the GI Dr is the one who’s suppose to see me and follow me that’s why my primary Dr sent me there. I never received my medication and when I requested to see the Dr they said the Dr doesn’t see Pt. Wow! I’m never coming here or referring any of my family.

Was getting ready for Hep. C Treatment, went for blood test 3-4 times. Each time I was poked over 5 times. Then Meds were Supposed to be delivered to my house....That was over 6 months ago!

Dr. Jahadia was very helpful with my medical condition and I am very pleased with his care.

The wait for my colonoscopy consultation was 3 hours. Spoke to a nurse practitioner who explained the procedure and was nice. She explained and apologized for the wait saying that they were behind schedule, so I thought the wait was a fluke. Day of colonoscopy procedure, a 2 hour wait before even prepping. I did like the staff over at the surgery side--they seemed to have focus and were nice. After the procedure I was told everything went fine, no polyps and 1 hemorrhoid. So a week or so ago I get a call from Jajodia's office stating that they have to reschedule my appointment. I told her I didn't know I had an appointment. I asked what was the appointment for--she told me for the results of my colonoscopy----3 MONTHS after I had it!!!! At any rate I "reschedule" it. A couple of days before the appointment I get a phone call asking for someone I have never heard of. Curious as to who called I backtracked the phone number and saw that it came from Dr.Jajodia's office---they were making… appointment confirmation calls and had gotten my number mixed up with someone else. Later in the day they called back to actually confirm my appointment. Appointment day--I arrive on time, was told to sign in and take a seat. I sat there for so long that a guy I was talking to actually told me the same story twice..... after a little over 3 hours they called in the guy that I had been talking to. I thought that wasn't right because he had "ONLY" been there 2 1/2 hours--why was he going ahead of me? So I went up to the desk to ask how much longer the wait was going to be. The gal up front asked my name and seemed perplexed--then asked if I had checked in .I told her yes and that I had been asked to take a seat .I showed her the clipboard with my name on it and that my name was now covered in blue highlighter. She then told me that the provider that was going to see me did not come in and I would have to reschedule........Is it just me, or shouldn't the doctors office make calls to all of the patients this effected so they would not come to the office that day??? I firmly explained to the girl up front that I did not appreciate spending over 3 hours sitting in their office for nothing and did not appreciate losing over 3 hours of pay for not being at work. This is office 101---call the patient and keep them informed. I told her I just wanted to know the results of my colonoscopy and was told that they could mail them to my primary doctor. I see my primary in a couple of weeks for a physical, I truly doubt my results will be there when I have that appointment. I never met Dr.Jajodia, but really, he needs to re-think his office staff and his patient flow. I do no ever wish to spend any more of my life waiting in his reception room.

Very Very professional, (the best in fresno) and in my case specializes in Liver Transplantation, and Cirrhosis.

Stage 2 cirrhosis and hep-c ,he took 1and half years to finally Finnish doing his work after countless dropping the ball to get things done for me now I'm at stage 4 cirrhosis ,I highly recommend you find a different M.D.

I have seen Dr. Jajodia for 9 years now since 2007; he has saved my life many times. He is reliable, goes out of his way to come and see me in hospital. His staff are all very courteous and many have stayed on through the years, we are like family now. Dr. J is very good man, very skilled in his profession. He is very busy and because he does treat each patient so special, often runs late, because he does not refuse those in need. I don't mind the wait when I go to his office because he is very attentive to me and my families concerns when it is our turn.

4hr wait for Dr.5minute visit (rude ) Colonoscopy 3 hr wait 15 min procedure. Waiting at follow up ,1 hr and left, frustrated!!

Friendly staff, organized scheduling, and doctors are amazing. Never had a bad experience with them and am continuing to get good service.

Doctor treat patients with respect he is very fair and good doctor. His method of treatment are far better and different then most surgeon and specialist i have seen.
