Dr. Prangnuan Edie Durand, DO

I am extremely impressed with Dr Durand as well as her office staff. I cannot say enough regarding her medical expertise and care. The wonderful and compassionate care that has been provided to my brother both in the hospital and in the skilled nursing facility that he currently resides in is second to none. We are very lucky that Dr Durand has excellent communication skills and returns calls and emails on a very timely basis. She has contacted me with information on both evenings and weekends to share the status of my brother. Living several hundred miles away from his location we are very lucky to be able to deal with a doctor and the office staff that are pleasant, competent and very efficient in meeting the needs of my brother and communicating with me. If every physician had the skills and staff that are on par with Dr Durand everyone would benefit. I would highly recommend Dr Durand to anyone who is looking for a physician and office that provides and demonstrates excellence in… all areas.

My husband and I have been going to her for many years. Kind, caring and listens to you. She takes time with you and genuinely cares and offers you options. Always tries to accommodate you in a pinch. Beautiful clean office.

Awful service

All she care about is the money, how am i getting charge for paper work that my doctor is to fill out for free. I pay my copay and you want to charge me more for paper work are you for real. And she is always late, her office does not open until 10am. if my appointment is at 10am why are you showing up at 10:30..smh....on the other hand the girl at the front desk is much better than the last person she had, hope the doctor poor ways don't take her over...but that is not stopping me from looking for a new doctor.

Dr. Durand is there for you! She is attentive to what you have to say. She explains everything thoroughly. She will follow up with you and you can feel, no, you KNOW she cares. She is very knowledgeable about medications and her diagnostic skills are excellent. Because she is so personable, her office staff is attentive and courteous too. If you want a doctor who is very competent but who also takes time with you, Dr. Durand is the one you seek. Only four stars? She should have a constellation!

I recently move to FL. I am on BP medication but recently found out that my BP was not in control during pre-employment physical check up and my eye doctor. I found Dr. Durand from internet closed to where I work and accepted my insurance. It's so convenient. She adjusted my BP medication and follow up persistently and made me wrote my BP daily twice daily at least. It took 1.5 months before it can be in controlled. I was so closed to have "Stroke" because I had all the symptom and ignored the warning sign. I will keep her as my PCP now and will recommend her to all my friends, peers, and neighbors. She helped me and understood what I needed, I recently came down with food poisoning and she had me good as new in two days. The best thing about this doctor is she knows how to treat people and devotes her time to ensuring your treatment. This was without a doubt the best experience I ever had with a Dr.. I highly recommend to anyone especially those who are weary of Doctors just in it for the money.
