I took my child to this pediatrician after being referred from my primary for my daughter not growing in novemeber. I shared my concern with this dr that I am a nurse and am afraid that my child may have a problem with her thyroid and that she has symptoms such as dry skin, thin hair, not growing, cold all the time. The dr's response was very unprofessional and uncaring stating that since it was the holiday time that he would doubt that my daughter would be able to be seen by any specialist quickly. He also told me that my daughter had dry skin due to being asian and living in the wrong part of the world. He also told me to "stop researching on the internet" He does not listen to and address parents concerns. He failed to have lab work drawn to figure out what was the underlying problem and only ordered for her to be seen by a dermatologist. I then turned around and got my daughter an appt with her regular pediatrician dr nyarko who sent her to have her labs drawn which came back she… needed 4 other consults to treat her and now here we are 2 months later and my initial concern was correct that my daughter did have a thyroid condition. Shame on this dr for not addressing a concerned parents concern with appropriate lab work and diagnostics. Now my daughter is on thyroid medication.

Dr. McGhee was the greatest doctor I've ever met! Unfortunately he has moved to CA and is no longer with the company. Take my advice, if you were his patient and looking for a new DR here, just move on. Find a new office. Against all advice from my fellow mommy friends, I decided to give dr. Dani a chance. BIG MISTAKE. I was warned that he was rude, and that was an understatement!!! He argued with everything I said, talked negatively about McGhee, and purposefully made my visit as inconvenient as possible. I scheduled for both my kids to have a well check due to starting a new school. My daughter has already had her 3 yo physical so I was aware she didn't need the physical, he just need to check five boxes and sign the health statement. He swore she wasn't in the computer and he didn't have time to do so. I told him I scheduled for both and specifically told the staff why i was coming in. He Argued with me for 5 minutes that Only one child was scheduled, that was all he had time for.… Never once apologized for the mistake or inconvenience. Said I'd need to reschedule for her. Then finally said maybe he could do it later and I could come back to pick it up in 3-4 days. Pretty much called me stupid for giving my 2yo Motrin before getting immunizations. Told me to take off my sons pants so he could examine his "privates" and then acted disgusted with me when I removed his diaper as well. Talked over me the whole time, made horrible faces at me, and walked out of the room while I was mid sentence. DONE with healthcare partners. They're business is going to take a serious hurting from losing McGhee

Dr Dani is a wonderful doctor, he listens to our concerns and akes time to answer them. I would recommend this doctor to any new parents.
