Dr. Prashant George Koshy, MD

Had an appointment for bloodwork in office today. Saw my eye doc for my yearly this past Friday. She found a large hemorrhage in my left eye and recommended a full metabolic panel. Confusion presented as my eye doc had not sent the medical info to Koshy's office yet. Had to call her to send and trying to explain I now needed a full metabolic panel in office was very difficult . Was in the lobby on my cell trying to sort everything out while staff kept trying to get my attention. In the 10 to 15 minutes I was there they told me their in lab tech left for the day so now I had to go to Quest. Clients were still coming in for the day so no idea what really happened. Maybe their lab tech simply didn't want to do the full panel. Not cool at all. And I felt like people didn't care.

I absolutely love this doctor. He is there to listen to all my concerns. He has great bedside manner and I do not feel rushed.

Dr. Koshy listened to me and his bedside manners were great. He took his time and answered all my questions. I didn't have to wait too long. The first visit took a little longer but my follow-up visit I was in and out. I scheduled a future appt and the young ladies were very helpful and make sure I didn't leave without scheduling my future appt.
