Dr. Praveen Arla is a horrible doctor. Even though he is extremely intelligent and extremely powerful, he is one of the worst doctors I have dealt with as a patient.

Doctor is fine.Staff cant answer phones,switch phones.or make call backs after youre forced to leave a message. I brought ten years of medical records from my previous state. These were "lost".

I had a very tough time getting my mother to her physician because she is disabled and she was falling apart and had no way to get her medicines. I went to Dr. Arla's office and the young doctor came after work hours to the home to see how she was doing and got her taken care of. I was not expecting his from such a young man with a good heart. I almost started crying being so emotional when came to help . thank you.

I am an African American man and I have never been treated with such respect from a doctor before. I am not highly educated but Dr. Arla took time to listen to me and explain my condition so I could understand it. I will be back to see him for sure.

I was visiting my friend in KY and I got a really bad sinus infection. She told me to go see her doctor and I could not believe how caring this physician was...I just went in to get some quick meds but he actually spent like 45mins with me going over my history and making suggestions that I need to get done by my regular doctor to check out. We need for healthcare professionals like him in this world.

I have a very rare disease and have always struggled and been frustrated with other doctors but today when I went in to see this doc with an infection that had already been treated by another doc without result. He wrote down the name of my disease and asked questions he truly seemed concerned I was very impressed with the time he took to listen. I will definitely be setting up another appointment with this young man. Can't say enough about how happy and at ease I was when I left the office ...
