Dr. Praveen Rastogi, MD

BEWARE!!!! Dr Rastogi, is unprofessional, incompetent and doesn't follow through with his promises. He agreed to send in my prescription, upon next refill was told Dr Rastogi never called it in. Discussed it with office staff and then doctor and Dr. Rastogi refused even receiving my sleep studies even though I handed him a copy of them myself. BEWARE!!!!

I had previously been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. This was a new doctor. My symptoms are back and I need a machine to use. I knew I would have to give a release of records. I had a very short, cursory visit with Dr. Rastogi. He asked the staff to set up the sleep study. The nurse said she would call me as soon as the received my records and got a response from my insurance co. That was on Sept 27. I called the office two weeks later and was told they did not have the records yet. Finally, I called again on Nov. 27. I was told we could schedule the study. I asked why I had not been called and she replied, “I don’t know.” This experience is not acceptable!

My experience with this practice was very unacceptable , I never got a call back with the results of my sleep study and when I called to inquire about it they told me someone would call me and they never did , I can't believe it takes nearly two months to get equipment after you've been diagnosed with OSA . I feel like that whole visit was a waste of my time and insurance benefits. I do not recommend this practice .

Dr. Rastogi has been treating me for Sarcoidosis for at least fifteen years. He is very caring and attentive. I have not had a bad experience with him or the staff. I would recommend him to anyone who needs the services he provides.

I HAVE BEEN HIS PATIENT SINCE 1982.HE HAS PULLED ME THROUGH SOME ROUGH TIMES. HE HAS BEEN THERE WHEN I NEEDED HIM. I HAVE AND WILL CONTINUE TO REFER PEOPLE TO HIM ALL THE DOCTOR'S IN THE OFFICE ARE VERY CARING DOCTOR'S THE WAY I SEE THINGS IS IF THE DOCTOR IS GOOD THEN YOU DON'T MIND WAITING TO SEE THEM
