So rude and condescending!

Dr. Joseph is the most helpful physician I have had in my life. I have lived in 5 states in my adult life. I have had 8+ physicians. Some were better in my opinion than others. Dr. Joseph has always been extremely kind, compassionate, and professional with me. I recommend her to anyone who asks me who my doctor is. When I read other reviews on this site, I thought there must be some mistake. Dr. Joseph watches my health carefully and answers all my questions thoroughly. When I see her in her office, she treats me as if I am her most important patient. I have been her patient for several years and feel I know her as well as a patient can know her physician. She is careful in finding causes for symptoms and takes seriously all complaints I share with her. Melinda Basler

I’ve been seeing Dr. Joseph for nearly a decade. I saw her as a friend and I always felt like she and I tackled my medical problems as a team. Then, I received a letter out of the blue informing me that she can no longer be my physician. Apparently I missed 3 appointments within 12 months which is a fair policy but I’m completely unaware of the appointments they’re referring to. If I missed appointments than that’s my fault but I received zero notifications and there was a lot of rescheduling on their end when covid started. Not once did anyone reach out to me to ask “Hey, are you aware that you’ve missed appointments and we drop you after the third?” I had no warning, no knowledge of the policy and they dropped me over a simple misunderstanding as if my ten years with them meant nothing. Not to mention, I have referred several friends and family members, including my wife, who I will advise to go elsewhere. I feel completely blindsided and mistreated.

There seems to be an unfortunate pattern with this doctor in which she assumes without asking the patient anything. She did no blood work, imaging or anything to understand the root cause of symptoms but assumes there is nothing wrong without spending more than 2 mins in the room with her patient. I wouldn't recommend this doctor if you were on your death bed as she may discharge you from her care since she might actually have to care about her patient.

The rudest Doctor, I have ever had a experience with,she is snobbish, and could care less, about your well being.does not have the patient to even listen, to your chief concerns, and assumes without asking you any questions.....
