Dr. Preethi Reddy Dendi, MD

I had three tests regarding my lung situation. Called the office 3 times, sent 2 faxed letters since I had to have extensive testing at JFK in one week. The other physicians involved in my care since the test requires anesthesia also had no results or returned phone calls from the office staff or doctor in getting the information for a medical clearance. Although the visit to Dr. Dendi. seemed efficient, the wait in the office waiting room was over an hour and the wait in the exam room was over 30 miniatures. I will find another pulmologist who understands t he importance of everyone's time.

I am not reviewing the office staff ! This review is solely based in Dr Dendi . Dr Dendi is a GREAT doctor ! I can not say enough good things about her ! She is caring , kind , and compassionate ! She goes out of her way to make sure her patients are getting the medical care and medications they need ! She has an AMAZING bedside manner, and I trust her medical and personal judgements 100% I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a EXCELLENT pulomogists !! SOME office staff does need some additional training on dealing with patients ! They are not reliable nor dependable ! Hopefully this can be improved !

Please avoid this practice if possible. Totally irresponsible and unprofessional. When is it acceptable that the staff laughs at a patient on the phone and then mutes themselves with any lack of empathy? I will find another doctor that will look at me, charge me and then finally call in prescription for a documented medical matter.
