During my last visit with Dr. Gupta, I was highly disappointed with the poor customer service I received from medical office on Page Road. I did express my discontentment concerns with Dr. Gupta and the office personnel. Dr. Gupta did not receive my constructive criticism in the right manner. Dr. Gupta, did not address my concerns; instead she told me to find another doctor. I view her response like number 45, when the Congress woman expressed their opinions that was different from the president; they were told to "go back to where they came from". We as people will have to learn how to listen and respect others opinions if its different from theirs. We do not have to agree, butbe respectful of others.

I meet Dr Gupta when my fiance was refered to her for cataract removal. We had such a good experience that we took his mom the her for cataract removal & this week she removed the first of my father's cataracts.

I was very nervous before the procedure and she assured me of everything. The actual procedure was fast and perfect. She walked me through every single part so I was not shocked by anything. Her staff and nurses were extremely helpful and kind to me with my nerves as well. Dr. Preeya Gupta is an exceptional doctor. Everything you would want in a surgeon and doctor was provided to me in my recent elective corrective eye surgery. With top-notch service, kind staff, completely answered questions, perfect outcome, comfort before, during & after surgery, impeccable bedside manner, and overall positive experience, I would highly, HIGHLY recommend DR.
