Lazy! Wow! Why would you tell a patient, I dont know why you are here, you only have the flu!! Umm, I pay you to treat my kid, no matter what the symptoms are. This office is not friendly at all. Anytime you call it seems as if you are bothering them. God forbid if you ask anything of them because then you become too needy of a patient and get told you're going to have to wait until we can get to it. For those parents that are considering this place or this Dr, dont make the mistake we did. We are tired of the circles we have to go through when dealing with these Dr's and their rude staff!! We will dedinately be finding another place for our children to be cared for. Maybe a place that actually appreciates their clients. Inmates get better treatment and faster response times than what this office gives.
