My first appointment was 3.5 hours. I have a very complex immune deficiency. He is the first dr to go over things in such detail. He and his staff have been awesome! Having after hour access to him was also a perk.

Dr. Menon is an amazing Immuno! My first appt was over 3 hours. He took the time to learn about my symptoms and was highly knowledgeable with my immune deficiency. He truly cares about his patients!

This office staff gossips to much especially the nurse Anna. She talks about mostly everyone in there to the doctor vimla. Which I find unprofessional for a doctor to condone this behavior

Dr. Menon will work with you and try medications. Sometimes a simple phone call will suffice to try different meds, provided you are a regular patient.

Very friendly office staff. Dr Menon, listens to your concerns and evaluates you to diagnosis your issue. He doesn't just run in and out.Very helpful and willing to address all issues, which is rare in a doctor today.

Poor staff, Do not take phone calls litely. Keep on hold too long, don't come back; call again and same thing or get disconnected.

TERRIBLE office staff, TERRIBLE doctors. Espcially the wife, Vimal. Cold, heartless people. Only care about the money. Sure you will get well, with the help of prednison that many people do not know the side effects, however this masks what is really going on. They RX this like candy. DO NOT GO HERE. Money hungry people with TERRIBLE office staff, especially the "nurse manager", Lisa. She has no credentials for this position at all.

Dr. Menon has been treating my son for 10 years now and he is the best in Baton Rouge!
