This doctor rushes through his patient's never listens, over talks u.whenever i tried to explained to him about my migraines he stated no you don't have migraines your big toe hurts i'm like what the world!!!!never perform any tests.. RATS running in the hallway he then uses his feet to kick the RATS out the office smh... His office staff was very nice MS. Cindy, Ms. Quita, Ms. Rachel...... He discuss your info in front of other patient's plus u can he the next patient dx. wouldn't take my DOG here

Every now and then, you get lucky and find a doctor not willing to "settle" for a quick diagnosis that doesn't quite fit ... willing to think outside the box ... willing to keep a patient a little longer and do some extra tests ... willing to think things over carefully and connect the dots ... willing to brave the nay-sayers and scorn of the professional brotherhood because, for the patient, things aren't quite adding up. Thank you, Dr. Prem Parihar, Neurologist, Warner Robins, Georgia. "Stroke" just wasn't quite making sense to you. Testing for and diagnosing my mother with the very rare "Hashimoto Encephylopathy" and beginning treatment when the hospital is champing at the bit to remove her to a nursing home, probably saved her life and will likely save her a great deal of needless suffering. We are truly grateful.

this Doctor sounds like he should not even be in practice why someone has not revoked his lic. to practice is beyond me. it is our health that this dr. is practicing his medical works on and using us as mice. unfortunately there are a lot of quacky Doctors.

Dr. Prem S. Parihar, a medical doctor who specializes in Neurology is without a doubt the most pathetic excuse for a doctor I have ever seen. I have been going to him for over a year now for my epilepsy, and regretfully it has taken me this long to realize his carelessness. A few months ago he prescribed me Ativan(Xanax); thinking this would help with the anxiety that came with taking my other medicine(Keppra), I didn't think twice about it. I just said, "sure I'll take it". For those who are like I was and do not know, Ativan turns you into a complete different person, makes you depressed, and has countless other harmful side effects. Dr. Parihar did not even think to inform me of these side effects until today's appointment with him (6 months after he prescribed it) because I informed him I was experiencing these side effects. But thanks for telling me now!! "Dr." Parihar.... This is just ONE of his MANY downfalls, so I recommend to anyone and everyone that likes being screwed by… a so called "doctor" to pay Mr. Parihar a visit.

My wife came to this doctor almost 2 years ago under the recommendation of a very good neurologist who is a hospitolist and doesn't take patients in himself. My wife went into status epilepticus after never having had a seizure before. This doctor Dr. Parihar stated on our first visit that he would help my wife discover the root cause of her condition. This is while he was writing his notes on a napkin or some sort of scrap paper. He ordered an EEG and started prescribing medications. My wife was having focal seizures so he would play more with her medicine. My wife did have a reaction to one prescription and as soon as he took her off she had another seizure but while at work. He never ordered more testing only asking simple questions about how she felt. Then off to changing prescription amounts. Well my wife has had two more seizures at work and her employer requested a fitness for duty form to be filled out by her doctor and… I must admit that what was provided wasn't a true fitness for duty form, but a job description /evaluation form. After Dr Parihar sat on this for a about three weeks he met with my wife and they agreed that she could go back to work and provided a letter to take to her employer. Then a few days later and without any consult with my wife sends another letter stating that he felt that she couldn't go back to work. His office was contacted by her employer and his office didn't verify if they were with Human Resources or not and provided the second letter where he states that he feels that she can't perform the functions of her job. This is a direct violation of FMLA and in the first letter he discussed diagnosis which is a direct violation of Hippa. Well now my wife's FMLA time is up and the employer request that she have a form signed by her doctor giving her 90 days to look for another position within her field and he refused to sign it. I failed to mention a few things that I feel important to bring up. First is that after the initial consult when he stated that he would help find the root cause he told me about 6 months ago that we may never know. The next is that I had to mention to the staff after our second visit that I didn't feel right bringing my wife to a doctor's office with trash cans not emptied in days and living and dead roaches in the examination rooms. He did fix both issues but he's a freaking doctor and should know that is not acceptable. I know that some will say that I have lost credibility by mentioning the trash cans and roaches and for those that I have I would encourage you to visit just long enough for him to pick his nose in front of you.

No doc is worth the hassle of his nurse. She has knowingly failed me on multiple occasions while I have suffered for months. I have definitely referred people elsewhere. Shame, because Parihar is a nice doctor and she is a liability to to his business.

Dr. Parihar listened. Really listened. He diagnosed by problem and prescribed the proper medication. On the follow-up visit he corrected the dosage. Would confidently recommend Dr. Parihar.

I was pretty disappointed w/this doctor and his office staff. They schedule my sleep-study w/a center in Atlanta, when I arrived for my follow up w/Dr. P, I had to tell them the date the study was done & where it was done at... even though THEY had scheduled it.Also, he ordered 4 tests for me, and when we went in to review them, he gave me the results for the sleep study, then acted like he was ready to walk me out, and I had to point out he'd order 3 different tests before he told me the results of those.
