Outstanding Doctor. Very knowledgeable. Understands the problem and comes up with the right solution. A good listener. Has a personality that makes you comfortable and relaxed.

I have been going to Dr Eapen for over 10 years. Where is has always been a great Dr the office staff is unprofessional and incompetent. The sad part was the Dr defended their bad behavior, no apologies and in the end did not care if I had the test taken to determine the problem. Zero follow up

Dr. Eapen cares for our entire family. She is compassionate, caring and takes time to discuss concerns and any questions you have. We love having the sick visit option available. Also, we have never had to wait long to be seen.

Dr. Eapen is a smart doctor who answers all your questions, from the very simple concerns to the more complicated ones. She takes time out in checking your health and giving excellent recommendations, and advise, if need be. She has the proper decorum befitting a good doctor, and has the patience to go over any and all procedure, tests or diets you may need to take.

Dr. Eapen is great, usually very prompt with minimal wait time. She listens to your concerns and addresses your issues. However the office staff (with the exception of 2 or so individuals) are extremely rude and unprofessional. Have had several bad experiences. I really do not understand how the Dr's allow this kind of behavior. I know a few people who stopped going here just because of the lack of concern from the staff.

The type of Doctor who, if you are lucky, will meet once in a lifetime.
