Dr. Priti Sanjay Parekh, MD

I scheduled a 30 minute virtual appointment with Dr. Parekh through One Medical. I stared at a blank screen for nearly 10 minutes, wondering if there was some mistake since it was my first ever virtual visit and I'm new to One Medical. When she finally shows up, she immediately says hold on and disappears for 5 minutes without explanation. We eventually started the call but she failed to acknowledge taking up almost half our appointment, or even say sorry for the delay. I nicely mentioned having less time (since now I'll have to rush through to tell her my concerns) and she refused to treat me. It's common courtesy to apologize for being late, but here I'm also paying. She could have extended my time or simply acknowledged it, putting me at ease. Instead, she flat out directly refused to apologize. She has an ego problem and showed a true lack of respect. Terrible bedside manner. I have never met her before. I cannot recommend her to anyone.
