Dr. Priti Prashant Patel, MD

In order to get medicines refilled ,you have to make appointment. If you don't no medicine renewals. She is not a reasonable person! She is not updated on today's medication. She will not talk to you or call back,uses the incompetent nursing staff to give messages. I wouldn't recommend Dr . Patel office !

i have been dealing with dr patel for approximately two years. ive had an ongoing illness that she cannot figure it out. They continually give me antibiotics and pretty much send me on my way. the last time i had these symptoms i asked to speak with dr patel directly, she never returned my calls. i then received a letter stating i have been discharged from her with no reason as to why. i called several times to ask why i am being discharged, again no phone call. some of the staff is not friendly, the only person i can say i had a good experience with is jodi, she is compassionate and listens. dr patel does not have any compassion and finds my concerns a joke.

The staff was friendly and they took me in within minutes of me getting there. The doctor was professional and thorough. The doctor gave good easy to understand instructions and advice. Everything was electronic, including the referral and the prescriptions. I got in and out a lot earlier than I had planned for which was excellent.

Dr. Patel has no bedside manner and lacks compassion. I found her to be very unprofessional and inconsiderate. However Jodi the PA is fantastic, always pleasant and professional with an abundance of compassion. Such a shame you can't just see Jodi.

Dr. Patel is my mother's doctor. Dr. Patel and the PA Jody are doing a fantastic job of making sure my 88 year-old mother is doing as well as she can. Dr. Patel pays attention to detail and has a broad knowledge base. She has helped my mother through medicinal side-effects, a TIA, and currently through recovering from hip replacement surgery. I am thrilled that my mother has a doctor of the caliber of Dr. Patel.

They must have a highly inefficient system. I have her as my doctor since 3 years. They make me fill up the same form in my every visit though they are computerized. And when they have to call they do so on the telephone numbers that i gave them on my first visit. They never revise the patient information so it is now for the patient to follow up on all tests and reports.

I've been going to Dr. Patel for the past 3 years and am very satisfied. She is knowledgable, patient and understanding. Jody, the PA in the office is very good as well. A lot of tests can be completed in the office which is a real time saver for me and they always follow up with test results.I am so happy to have found Dr. Patel's practice.
