Dr. Priya Sadhu, MD

The Dr refused to listen to my medical history. She said that I should not be on the medication that I was on. Even though I was on it for over 20 years. She was completely rude to me because I didn't have health insurance. I would never send anyone to her or recommend her. I should have written this review sooner because people have reviews from years later that are saying the exact same thing Dr Sadhu is very rude and her fellow doctors didn't like working with her especially the specialists. They apologized for her behavior.

Completely ignored my history and things got very ugly.

I would not be going back to her

Billing issues which went unresolved and the doctor and her staff were very very ride.she maybe brilliant but has no work ethics and customer service skills.

Dr Sadhu is a caring, knowledgeable physician. She has provided excellent care for my family.

The worst experience I have ever had with a doctor along with the practice. I can not express my disgust about my encounter with this doctor. I had an appointment with her for my 89-year-old grandmother. The address that I pulled up online was incorrect and directed me to another building. On that building was a note that the office had moved but did not have an address, it just said that it was behind me. We then drove to the hospital behind there got my 89-year-old grandmother out of the car again. But was the wrong location again. I called the office they told me where I needed to go. Finally found the right location. I walked in, gave them my information. At this time I was no more than 15 minutes late to my appointment, which was not my fault due to the incorrect address. They took my information and then the receptionist told me that she had to call the doctor to see if she would be able to see my grandmother. Once again we were only 15 minutes late due to having the wrong… address. The doctor said that she would not be able to see us. I explained that my grandmother was very sick I explained that I took off work I explain that we are only 15 minutes late due to having an incorrect address. She again said no. I have never experienced such disrespect lack of customer service in my life. I would never recommend this doctor nor recommend the office of these doctors. I was a patient with another doctor there but will not ever be going back. Absolutely terrible.

Dr Sahdu is wonderful! She is my Children's dr as well as my own. She never fails to fully explain everything or answer my 1000 questions! Always available if you need her. Fantastic with Children!! Highly recommend her!!!
