Dr. Promita Roychoudhury, MD

In my experience, Dr. Promita Roychoudhury was dismissive and unhelpful. I recently had a telehealth appointment with her for a relatively common medical condition that I believed was straightforward to diagnose. Despite the symptoms I described and the photos I provided, I felt that my concerns were not thoroughly evaluated, and she declined to provide treatment. Dr. Promita Roychoudhury was rude and ignorant. I do not recommend Dr. Promita Roychoudhury's services.

She has canceled an appointment with me twice, on and after the appointment time. She wastes my time. Very unprofessional!

Extremely disappointing experience. Dr. Roychoudhury was dismissive, rude, and showed no interest in listening to my symptoms or concerns. I felt completely unheard and disrespected during the visit. Her lack of professionalism and empathy made this the worst telehealth appointment I’ve ever had. MDLIVE should seriously reconsider keeping her on their platform.

Bad experience, bad attitude.

Dr. Roy is the most careing dr I've ever met in my life. She truly cares about each and everyone of patients. I followed her from S. Lyon to Jackson I like her so much.

I moved to South Lyon 14 years ago and tried several physicians before someone recommended Dr. Roy. She is now the primary physician for myself, my family and several of our friends. Her compassion and true care for her patients is unlike anything that I have ever encountered with another physician. My mother had brain cancer and moved out of state to stay with my sister, and Dr. Roy monitored her care there and also came to her funeral. In addition to her superior bedside manner and compassion, I have complete and total confidence in her medical knowledge and abilities. She is always up-to-date on the latest information and truly operates in the best interest of the patient, not the practice or the drug company.

This is the absolutely one of the best doctor I have ever had in my entire life. She is so concerned about you and goes out of her way to do everything she can to care for you. She has even called me at home to see how I am doing when I have been ill. There was one day I had been in for an office visit for pain in my lower back and legs. The visit was finished and I had my scripts for meds and therapy. Dr. Roy was in her office off the hallway with the door open. She saw me as I went by and noticed that I was limping. She came out of her office, bent down and massaged the calf of my leg to relieve the muscle spasm. No other doctor has ever been that concerned with a patient. I just can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Roychoudhury,
