Very professional and caring doctor ?????

I’ve been going to this office since I was 16(I’m now 26). I should start off by saying: DR. NAIR IS PROBABLY THE ONLY SLIGHTLY COMPETANT DOCTOR AT THIS PLACE. LITERALLY AVOID EVERYONE ELSE AT ALL COSTS. The wait times are ALWAYS at least 45 min to an hour. The receptionists are always EXTREMELY rude. I was misdiagnosed by Dr. Nair for Lyme disease about a year ago; which to her defense was more than what Dr. Vallabhaneni ever did for me. One year later when my hair continued to fall out, my heart palpitations kept me up at night, and my fatigue kept me home most days I went back for my “physical”. My blood work showed high TSH, high cholesterol and vitamin D deficiency but the office called me and told me ALL THE BLOODWORK WAS NORMAL?! So I went to get a second opinion with infectious disease about my “Lyme” so he repeated my blood work with her proper testing (ie PCR/ELISA) and proved I never had Lyme but found I’ve had Hashimoto’s thyroiditis for over a year. I WILL NEVER FORGIVE… THESE DOCTORS FOR THEIR NEGLECT AND SUFFERING THEY PUT ME THROUGH WHILE TELLING ME MY SYMPTOMS WERE “NOT TOO SEVERE”. It’s really upsetting. I will try my best to find my care elsewhere.

Doctor is always running late. It has been two years I have been visiting her and she spends hardly 5 mins on each patient cause she's always running late. The staff is friendly but the management is not right. My account was blocked a month after my appointment for not paying dues and I was denied to see the doctor until I gave my credit card information over the phone to some private billing company. I could not pay in the office they don't have that facility in the office.
