Dr. Purvi is a pleasant and smiling person. But when it comes to the dental work, she is too much annoying. She wants to do big procedure in the name of perfect work. But later on even a simple filling turns out to be a root canal. She wants to use up all your yearly balance. Doesn't care about our concern for our portion of the payments. We are done with too many root canals. GOODBYE Dr.

I am a on off patient, Dr. Desai was very friendly the first visit but after she did a very long Root Canel 2 months ago, I cameback because the pain was back. I was very upset, she told me it was normal to feel such pain it's part of the treatment. I trusted her but the pain was still there. I called but she wouldn't answer.I went back and she became very nasty.

I was in here office 3 days ago, Dr. Desai is very rude to her staff and takea longtime to do a procedure. She is money hungry, I had a fillings done and she decided she wanted to do more. The staff is very friendly but the Dr. stop her procedure to yell at her employees. I wouldn't ever go to her office again.

We have had such pleasant experiences with Dr. Desai.She leaves nothing uncovered.We needed, between us, 3 fillings; all extremely easy to wait (< 5min) and / or schedule.They take lots of insurance plans -- and to boot, maybe discount memberships -- hopefully as affordable to the reader as it was to us. One becomes confident that when and if it's all about, say, a root canal, that any patient will be in extremely good hands. We're serious/fans.The doctor is a pleasure to visit, as is the clean, 21st C., and refreshing office ..window panes out to the lawn. Where do you find that?! They should have a typically full appt' book given all the above; perhaps they do.
