Dr. Puthalath Koroth Raghuprasad, MD

I had no problem getting an appointment with the doctor. However, his staff who scheduled the appointment never told me that I needed to be off all allergy meds in order to have allergy testing. In addition, my appointment was scheduled for 2:30 and did not end until 6:15. I spent the majority of the time waiting in 3 different patient rooms. I was also charged $50 for inhaler "training" which took all of about 1 minute. I left the office after paying $440 without knowing anything more related to my medical issue. I am canceling my follow up appointment.

Dr. Raghuprasad is a good allergist and has helped me a lot. Molly, his wife and office manager, has been extremely rude many times to me and has treated the other office employees badly in front of patients. As a result of Molly, they have a huge turnover. He needs to get her out of the office and the office would run much more smoothly.
