Dr. Qing Ni, MD

Dr. Ni's staff is the worst I have ever encountered. The "paperwork" person was rude and did not know what she was doing. She told us that she checked caller id and would not answer our calls unless she felt like it. She told us that we should know their office processes and should know what paper work we needed to ask for. it took over two months to get paperwork filled out. And then Dr. Ni - hard to understand, limited English proficiency. He never put in his notes why he was doing what he was doing. He said he doesn't believe in cat scans and wanted to do a biopsy for no reason. couldn't get a second opinion fast enough.

Dr Ni’s office staff is COMPLETLY INCOMPETENT!!!! If you need paperwork to be sent to your insurance company don’t count on these idiots. If you call them to ask why your paperwork has not been sent you will only get excuse after excuse. I honestly don’t see how any of these people still have jobs!!!

He never gave me an exam just tapped my knee asked what was wrong and perscribed Lyrica made an appointment for a nerve study. Follow up appointment no exam while explaining my condition he took several personal calls wrote perscrptions for wrist braces thats not even what I went in for then he proceeded to tell me that I don't need surgery but failed to even come close to figure out what is wrong I went to him in a referral. Will not go back he just wants to treat symptoms not the problem.

In the middle of telling me about the lesions on my brain and the fact that I might have MS, he answers his ringing cell phone in his pocket and proceeds to have a conversation with his bank about his account being overdrawn!! Each time I saw him he pushed a new drug. Had me on anti'seizure drugs for nothing. Thank God I got a 2nd opinion before I did the additional tests he wanted and before all the unnecessary drugs did more damage to me.

First, the picture above is very misleading, he doesn't look anything like this. Much older and gray hair. Mastery of English is very poor, many times I had to ask him to repeat and repeat again. He gave me the impression I shouldn't ask questions but accept his information and gospel.

Now that Dr. Ni is no longer in the Piedmont group & on him own things are better
