To those who care about their privacy, it's important to know that in a professional setting like a doctor's office, keeping patient information private and respecting their requests is crucial. Unfortunately, at Dr. Wang's office, the front desk attendant mishandled my private information. Despite my request to use email for sharing my details, she sent them via fax without my permission, potentially violating patient privacy laws like HIPAA. When I raised concerns, she was unprofessional, hung up on me, and refused to address the issue properly. A simple apology would have been more helpful than her rude attitude. Lastly, when I persisted in expressing my dissatisfaction, Windy interrupted me, saying, "Stop. I did what I was supposed to do."

I was seen by Dr. Wang 5 years ago in PA, and just went to his NY office in Flushing since he was the doctor who I trusted and respected. Even though I had to drive 4 hours, it definitely is worth the trip.
