Dr. Qingxuan Wu, MD

Very unprofessional individual that I was referred to ,but will never return. I would never treat anyone the way this woman treated my sister and I and the comments that she made to us, is totally unbelievable and unheard of. I am sending a letter in to the medical board. I am a grandmother to 24, a great grandmother to 14, over 30 years in the service, 15 years in law. I still can not believe how she degraded us in front of the staff and the people in the waiting room.

All visits to a neurologist are scary, with the exception of Dr Wu. Her professional and personal demeanor quickly put me at ease. Her questions were insightful to the both of us. Dr Wu is an exemplary example of quality time spent with a patient. Dr Wu’s staff endeavor to provide the best in patient relations. Although the reason for seeing a neurologist is alarming, this is the best place to get your healing started. Dr Wu is the best neurologist you will find.

Does not return phone calls. Ignores what patient actually went in for and prescribes medicines that she's paid to prescribe.

My husband and myself went for our first appointment with Dr. Wu. I highly recommend her based on bedside manners and the amount of time she spent with us. She asked many questions and allowed us enough time to explain our concerns. She was very thorough and we will be returning.

I love Dr Wu and her staff! They are great and she is wonderful!

I met with Dr Wu about a year ago. I had severe headaches along with dizziness, anxiety, and depression. I was extremely terrified of what was happening to me. First visit was ok she listened and she made it seem as though she was going to help. She then prescribed a whole bunch of meds that only made my headaches worse. 2nd visit still no improvement and I noticed she would get upset cause I didn't improve with meds. She did not like the fact that my husband would ask her questions regarding my condition. That was a big NONO. She said I don't know what to do for you anymore. She had the odasity to ask me how she can help me. Hello who is the dr. I left the visit even more sick cause I was back to square one. It was a waste of my time. I had to go to ER and they were the ones who helped with pain. I am now in the care if a great neurologist and pain management doctor who take the time to listen and include family members in on the conversation. Please do your research. It's… unfortunate because I was desperate to find out what was going on with me and I should not have been put through this. BE AWARE!!

I am 39 years old and I haven seeing so many different doc for migraine n belive me dr. Wu has been the best for my migraine headache I will recommend her to any one .my headaches have been so much controlled .

I saw Dr. Wu in the beginning of 2014 for severe headaches and dizziness. At first I thought she cared, but that changed with the 2nd appointment. According to Dr. Wu you should not perform your own research or be your own advocate, because she is the professional!!!!! Sorry, but she does not feel my pain. She is rude and insensitive. After trying several medications and "NO" testing about what was going on with my head, they called me to cancel my appointment, since Dr. Wu felt that she can not do anything for me anymore. How dare she........ I am very sensitive to medications and the meds did not work. Instead of trying to fill my body with medications that make me more sick, it would help to continue to find out what the problem is instead of trying to patch it up. *** Here I am, 1 year later and I just found out that my problem has a name "occipital neuralgia". Look it up, it's very painful and after 1 year of dealing with this, it is so bad that nerve block injections are not even… helping right now. *** Guess what everybody is saying....... I now need to see a neurologist!!!!!!!! Dr. Wu was the first doctor I saw for this problem and she should have been the "specialist" to follow her promise to help people in needs........... Nothing was done and I am the one who is dealing with the pain, the costs and my family suffering with me. If you ever went to her office, she has a flyer hanging next to the staff window which says "Your co-pay is due at the time of visit. I love my patients, however love does not pay my rent". I am sorry to say that I helped paying some of her rent. This note was rubbing me the wrong way at the first time of visit and I should have trusted my instincts that she is NOT the right doctor.

Dr. Wu has a terrible attitude. She has no sensitivity to patient frustration and we left disappointed and more frustrated. I have worked with many doctors professionally and have never seen a doctor with such a terrible attitude. Find another neurologist. Most doctors are sensitive to the fact that their patient is not feeling well and has questions.

We were very happy with the inpatient care received from Dr. Wu. She was one of a very few hospital doctors over the past few years that seemed to take a personal interest in the patient. She actually spent enough time during daily visits to follow up and answer questions, and took extra steps to try to determine the cause of this stroke. It takes a tremendous amount of time and patience to communicate with someone that has aphasia, and Dr. Wu was always careful to speak directly with the patient - not, as many do, bypass the issue by communicating with family instead.Very happy with care - highly recommend.
