Been seeing this derm for years and come to realize every time i go I wait for an hour and a half to talk to this guy for legit a minute. No new solutions, almost as if i come in just to get my medication . Rude Staff as well I have someone leave me a voicemail that was insane, i showed it to my friends in shock that people still can’t just be professional.

I went to the Pembroke Pines office for a surgical procedure. I was greeted by the desk person and the paper work was completed at the desk, a nicer person I couldn’t have asked for. Shortly I was greered by AMANDA who showed me to the to the room,and explained to me every part of the procedure Dr.Lee was to perform. Any questions were answered promptly and professionally. Soon I was greeted by ELIZABETH a student P A. She would be assisting with the procedure and as Dr.Lee had done minutes before went over the items of importance always stopping to ask if I had any questions or issues. Several minutes later the DOCTOR, AMANDA, and ELIZABETH all came together to do the surgey. Again I was asked if I had any concerns,and no I had none. As the team worked I was explained what was happening, and asked if I had any pain or needs. Short time later “DONE” No pain,no discomfort and a feeling that I was the only patient in the place. The care is so good ,no rushing and a feeling that they… really know what they are doing. So caring and concerned every moment you are in their care. NOW Iknow why I was recommended to them by friends who are patients in this office, and it is plain WHY they are satisfied. COMPLETE CARE AND FANTASTIC STAFF! Doesn't spend much time trying to diagnose or explain acne situation, just gave prescriptions every visit and that's it. Awful wait times.

I am sitting in his waiting room right now and have been waiting for over one hour with a scheduled appointment. This is the fourth time this has happened in both Weston and Pembroke Pines office. Staff is very rude and when I ask why the delay, I always get the same response, very busy today. She told me "what can I do?" Then the office manager came out with same response. Truth is they always overbook. My fault for having come back but I will never again. This also happened with his sister Dr. Phi Van Le. That is why I changed to him. I strongly discourage anyone to go to either Doctor at either location. Staff is rude and don't care how long you wait.

Love this office, staff efficient and Dr. Le is absolutely knowledgeable on skincare for lupus patients.

Is the most experience doctor in this category. I recommend him 200%.

I had to wait an hour past my appointment time. I went there for a nail problem and he told me it was my thyroid and to go to another Doctor and then proceeded to try and sell me some VERY expensive skincare and I didn't even ask him about that. He seemed like he just didn't care. I went another Dr. and was told I have a serious nail fungus, not a thyroid issue. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for a real Dr.
