STAY AWAY. THE WAIT TIME AT THIS OFFICE IS HORRENDOUS, WHICH SHOWS THE UNPROFESSIONAL MENTALITY OF THIS PARTICULAR OFFICE. I HAD TAKEN A FAMILY MEMBER MULTIPLE TIMES FOR APPTS, AND HAVE WAITED 30-40+ MINUTES EVERY TIME BEFORE EVEN SEEING THE DOCTOR. THIS LAST TIME WAS THE FINAL STRAW....WE WAITED FOR AN HOUR WHILE THEY "CALIBRATED" THE MACHINE, ONLY TO BE TOLD AN HOUR LATER THAT THEY WERE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE FOR THE APPT WE HAD WAITED AN HOUR FOR, AND DECIDED TO RECOMMEND US TO A LABCORP. DON'T NOT GO HERE....SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND STAY AWAY, AND FIND A MORE PROFESSIONAL DOCTOR'S OFFICE.

I have been a patient for over two decades, only because this is my parents' doctor and I've known him my whole life. You would think that they would care about their patients, but they do not at all. In the twenty plus years, I have never asked them for anything. The one time I kindly ask if they can call in a prescription or fax it in, not only do they lie and claim they did it multiple times, but then they straight up said no and declined my request, all with an attitude. They said they were too busy and would need us to come into the office, why? My guess is to take more of our money. To the previous reviewer, they're not trying to rip off anyone not Asian... They're greedy and will rip off anyone breathing. I will no longer be going to him for my check ups.
