I was so scared when I met Dr Tu at first because I knew this surgery was serious. He had me at ease immediately, his entire VA staff was so incredible. He was so detailed with everything and was so very calming. He is so very smart and he just really was so professional, even called me to check on me more than once. He took time to explain it all to me and made sure my hotel was set up and everything. Dr Tu is wonderful, his entire staff is wonderful.

Dr. Tu explain what was going on with my radiation necrosis wound and how he would perform a skin graph to cover the wound and enhance the healing. He also explained how the skin graph would cover the open wound and the exposed nerve ending, thus reducing the pain I was experiencing. And very importantly, he communicates closely with my wound care physician.

Dr. Tu performed my first breast augmentation in 2010 and was so particular and professional about the size and shape I needed for my frame he would not do anything larger than a B+ cup size, he did an amazing job. Recovery time was quick and painless and no noticeable scarring. Six years later my skin had stretched and I decided to back and request just a slightly larger cup size. He was very honest and very accommodating providing me with a C+ cup size. Again his goal as well as mine was to keep me looking as natural as possible. I will say that from my first procedure to my second he changed hospitals' and the implant provider, which was not nearly as good as the hospital in Midwest City. Last year I approached Dr. Tu about doing blepharoplasty on my upper eyelids and he very honestly told me that I should see an oculoplastic surgeon due to their expertise and specialized equipment, I am so glad I did. Dr. Tu is a master at his craft and will always put his patients and their needs… first.

LESSON LEARNED. I read Dr. Tu's reviews about his staff Lynette and proceeded to schedule my emergent surgery anyway. I am suffering from silicone toxicity (Breast Implant Illness) and my health is declining daily. I consulted with Dr. Tu. about a total capsulectomy and implant removal. I scheduled with Lynette and it was all down hill from there. I was not advised of basic pre-op requirements that could have affected my surgery, phone calls & questions were ignored for weeks. The day before my surgery I called again asking that pictures to be taken of my removed implants showing scar tissue/capsules had been removed, I was told my surgery was being cancelled because "the doctor thought I was questioning his integrity". Not only was I treated as if asking for my prescription prior to surgery was a neusance, I am convinced Lynette told the doctor false statements to cause him to cancel my surgery. This has been a horrible and unprofessional experience. I don't see how he stays in… business.

To say I am frustrated would be an understatement. I initially met with Dr. Tu back in May 2017 to have an initial consultation for breast reduction. I still hadn't heard anything from insurance as of July 2017. I reached out to Lynette at Dr. Tu's office and she was of no help to me. I then took it upon myself to reach out to insurance and they said they hadn't even received any of the paperwork needed for this procedure. I call Lynette who said she'll resend, call insurance and they said that the paperwork isn't even complete. After a full two weeks of going back and forth I've ensured insurance has everything needed to process claim. Now it's September 2017 and I call insurance and they said that the claim has now been cancelled by the provider. I have left numerous messages for Dr. Tu with no response. It's sad that they're going to lose business due to the unprofessionalism displayed by their office manager.

Been there try to do 2 surgeries, the Lynette front desk woman is so mean and evil she just a hater, wasted my time , lie ,cancle my papers once, and send it as messed up twice to my insurance for them to deny me so ill have to pay full out packed and that will never happen in this place. she is a horrobole person and bitter, she is ot nice on phone and nt in peson she never call back never give you info never let you talk to the doctor about ur case, she do a real bad work there she gotta go . unless this place be out of ppl . will never recomand this place to no one never.

I liked the doctor. It's the receptionist that will not call me back after 3 times like they tell me they will after each call. They still have not called and it has been 2 months. They act like there annoyed by me because I keep calling back but they have still not yet gave me an answer.

Been in the office once seen Dr tu , seem like a nice man.and his receptionist Lynette, is a very mean woman not pleasant at all. think she own the place, she need to be gone. I asked to change some things in my surgery bcuz i didnt like the one he wanted to do, i read on line alot about it and the thing i want can be done in once , i try call in for over a week now and get no phone call back no e mail no nothing call over and over and over to his office cant talk to him, feel like my time is wasting there..
