I was a patient of Dr. Khan for 3 years. She kept insisting I was not epileptic, despite the 50-100 observed seizures I was having on a monthly visit. When I would come in for an EEG, it was after hours, and only one staff member was there. I went into status epilepticus, was taken to one of the hospitals she was affiliated with, they called her every day I was there, but no one would answer or return their calls. I was assigned a new neurologist there, within a few months I was in the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit at Parkland, and officially diagnosed with Epilepsy. When I’d need refills, neither I nor the pharmacy would be able to get the into contact with her office. She was more interested in talking about our personal lives, then talking about the reason I was there.

I have to agree with comments concerning Dr. Khan being all about money. She also submitted claims to my insurance company three different dates when I only visited her once. She also doesn't cooperate with you when you ask her for a copy of your office visit notes. She claims to charge a ridiculous $50 fee for office visit notes but never release the notes. Crazy...

Dr Khan is very nice, approachable, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. She knows how to treat and diagnose complex cases. and is good at doing the right tests.She is the best Neurologist and Pschytrist I have seen.

Dr. Rabia Khan is the worst Dr I have ever been to. She is more interested in overcharging the insurance company than diagnosing your issue.
