He does not listen to you concerns or take them seriously. He will cut you off mid-sentence and dismiss your problems. After getting multiple sinus and ear infections he proposed a surgery to fix my deviated septum which would help drain my mucus but then changed his mind and said it was not necessary because my symptoms didn’t seem that bad. How would he know how bad and painful my symptoms are?? And when I would try to explain them to him he would just cut me off and dismiss me. I was not feeling satisfied with his answers so I tried to ask more questions but he didn’t care at all and tried to leave, he literally had his hand on the door handle while I was asking him to explain what I should do to treat my symptoms. So unprofessional. I felt so invalidated and frustrated that I was literally holding back tears waiting at the front desk to get my after visit summary. Don’t go to this doctor unless you want him to dismiss your concerns, and prescribe a nasal spray that doesn’t work.

Not happy with the communication from Sansum regarding billing

I’ve never had the most anger and sadness after a consultation with someone that is supposed to be helpful. I was actually holding back tears waiting for my summary. This doctor was outright rude, not even introducing himself or really greeting me at all. He simply put my chart up and implied that I was overreacting, asking “do you have anxiety or depression”. He was insulted when I asked questions or expressed my point of view and sense of urgency to feel better. Arrogant and cold hearted.
