First time and the staff was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and took her time to explain things to me.

Incredible experience at this office and with Dr. Smith! Dr. Smith has a bedside manner that can’t be taught. Kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Takes her time and does not make you feel rushed. Thanks to her we have a better understanding of my daughters triggers and a realistic treatment plan.

I arrived a little early and was taken back before the actual time for my appointment, preliminary check-in, vitals taken. Dr. Smith came right away. So personable yet thorough and professional. The plan of treatment I was given six months ago has been life changing and I’m so grateful to be a patient of Dr. Smith’s.

I would recommend Dr Smith. The staff is also accommodating. I transferred to this location because I was so displeased in the Gastonia location
