Dr. Rachel Block Stewart

Rachel Block-Stewart is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who has over 10 years of experience working with adults and adolescents seeking help with life transitions and adjustments, trauma, depression, anxiety, and difficulty coping. Rachel completed her Bachelor of Science (BS) in Community Health at the University of Maryland and her Master of Science (MS) in Applied Psychology with a Counseling emphasis at Eastern Washington University. She utilizes client-centered, collaborative, insight-oriented, trauma-informed, mindful, somatic, and expressive approaches to help clients meet their unique needs and goals. Rachel works closely with each individual and family to provide the support they need to reach their goals. She builds a warm, supportive, and collaborative relationship focused on your unique goals. Rachel works closely with you to provide support and to help you overcome your current struggles, reach your goals, and a live a life of meaning, value, and joy.
