Dr. Rachel Bray

Called there to schedule an appointment for my daughter because her friend tested positive for the flu and asked by the front desk, what insurance? I didn’t remember and asked for them to check because, she’d been going there for years. When she checked and said she was ineligible (with an awful disrespectful tone). I told her ok, I’ll pay just schedule her. She said again, “I checked her insurance and she’s not covered” with an even more harsher tone and attitude! I said, “omg you are so rude, I just said, I’ll pay whatever fees, so please just schedule her the appointment. She says, “I’ll get my supervisor (without me asking for her) and places me on hold. The manager picks up, I explain to her that I didn’t ask to speak with her and I just wanted an appointment and she says, “ma’am stop yelling, I cannot hear you” (btw, I was not yelling, I was in my car driving and had her on speaker) so I said to her “omg this now I see that the craziness runs in the entire office and explained… again that 1) I was not yelling and 2) I will pay whatever needs to get paid, just make my appointment”. I still went ahead and scheduled the appointment because, Dr. Bray, is great and always treated my daughter and myself, with respect and great care. However, I did not show up because, I rather take my “cash pay” business elsewhere! Dr.Bray, really needs to get rid of her toxic front desk for always being rude; and her manager (because, she’s a liar and insane). So with all that said, Avoid, avoid, avoid the stress of scheduling an appointment especially if you are a concerned parent when need an emergency appointment. Stay away, stay away, stay away!!!!!!!!!
