Knowledgeable, professional, friendly staff,,, beautiful, comfortable office,, easy location... Dr, Brown listens well, explains without condescending, is open to alternative treatments if one is hesitant about certain medications. Altogether pleasant experience, felt heard and Dr Brown's demeanor instilled confidence in me as to her ability to diagnose and treat my condition

Dr. Brown is unpretentious. She herself suffers from Rheumatoid arthritis. She genuinely cares about her patients, and is very proactive in her treatments.

Dr. Brown is amazing she took her time and talked to me about my test from my pcp and explain what they meant. She sent me for a few more test and set me up to come back in 3 weeks. My test results came back in a week so she called and had me come on in to go over my test results. She explained everything and we discussed treatment options and decided together. She is a blessing. Her staff is absolutely amazing they go above and beyond so thankful for each one of them. I will never go anywhere else.

Was charged for an appointment cancellation that I didn’t make. Hard to get a call back or response. Dr Brown seemed knowledgeable it’s a shame they resort to stealing money. The office staff is a mix of nice and awful. Just be aware.

Horrible! They wasted months while I am suffering forcing me to get a referral while they take their time to process it, then they wanted me to fill out their forms before they will even give me an appointment. I did it and it asks for a credit card number. Then after they had it it still takes another week they didn't call at all and I called them and email then they have the sadistic nerve to tell me I can't come for 4 months and only at 7:45 in the morning even though I like over 100 miles away. Before I got involved with them they lied to me on the phone saying it would only take 1-2 months and didn't inform me at all about only 1 time for appointments! They are despicable monsters!! Nothing close to healthcare!!!

I’ve had problems for years and Dr. Brown is the only doctor that has finally figured out what was going on with me. She ordered blood work and tests that no other doctor had previously done on me. I finally have a diagnosis! It was easy to get an appointment and very little waiting time. She is very knowledgeable and very caring. Love her and her staff!! I highly recommend her.

Not willing to coordinate care with other medical professionals. Refuses to come to the phone to speak with a patient’s primary care physician, thereby putting her own interest ahead of the patient. Although, I understand that talking on the phone does not generate revenue for her practice, it does have the potential to help her patients, which is clearly not where her interest lies.

Dr. R. Brown is a very good doctor. She greets you with a positive upbeat attitude; sure listens to you; she believe in sending you for tests if needed, and she has the best attitude of all of the doctors I have EVER MET!!! That Is the Truth! I just love her!!!!!!

Charged me for an appointment I did not make. Were rude about it

Dr prescribed medicine, did lab work. I cannot get the results of lab work. Trying for 2 months. Can't take the medicine unless I know the results. Still in pain
