Suggested a diagnostic test for RSV/Flu- which there is no treatment for other than rest, water, ibuprofen, etc. Did not mention that it was a "new" test that was incredibly expensive. We had an RSV test done a few months prior so was not immediately concerned with cost and had absolutely no idea that they had switched. Well, got a bill for HUNDREDS of dollars. Called the office and they acted like it was my fault for not knowing that it was a new test. We are switching doctors.

Dr. Busse has been my my doctor since I was 13 years old and now she is my daughters doctor too. She is so sweet and understanding! I will never use another doctor for as long as I have too.
