Our family's favorite doctor. She is always pleasant, thoughtful and terrific with my kids

I have seen Dr. Farley 2 or 3 times when she covers for my derma and she is lovely, prompt and attentive to my problems. Thank you.

I had been going Dr. Farley-Loftus for many years. Nothing special - just regular check ups, usually takes 3 minutes of her time. One thing that is constant in that office -you have to wait. Then you are placed in a room, undress, then wait again. Then the nice doctor comes in an APOLOGIZES for the wait. Well, today was the last time I went to that office. I had an appointment at 12:30. Came in few minutes before. Sat down, then they called in a woman who turned in her paperwork after me. The office is empty. Sat for 20+ minutes, then I asked the receptionist - "what's happening , I have to go back to work, it's my lunch hour". The standard answer - "the doctor will be with you shortly". "How do you know?" So, she goes to check. Comes back - "they are doing a procedure, so she could not ask". Then the manager who was sitting in the nearby room gets involved. Again, this liar tells me "they will be with you shortly". Obviously, he did not know - to the question "why they had… to start a lengthy procedure, while I was there on time for a short visit" they answer is this the way all medical offices work. Bullsh*t! I had cancelled my appointment and and not coming back. So, the bottom line - obnoxious, lying and incompetent staff.

Drove from NYC would not let me keep my appointment because I did not bring my Medicare cards. They had my card numbers. Front desk man totally obnoxious. Said I would scan them when I got home. Said no. Should be fired. Told him I drove from NYC. Said it was not his problem. Would not let me speak to anyone else. Just a horrible experience. Sure hope the Dr sees this.

HELPFUL AND CONCERNED

I found that Dr. Farley Loftus had an uncanny ability to give a clear and precise diagnosis. She gives adequate time and doesn't make the whole visit seem rushed as so many doctors do today.
