Dr. Rachel Lynne Goldstone, MD

Dr. Goldstone is the best of the best. She really listens to me and is always respectful of my feelings. She is compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental. Her manner makes it easy for me to feel comfortable confiding in her. She asks thoughtful questions that help me get to the root of my problems and work through my dilemmas. She is conscientious and professional. I am impressed by her depth of knowledge and intelligence and am constantly amazed by her insights. She has much wisdom to share.

Working with Dr. Goldstone was excellent. She helped our family when we received a diagnosis of OCD and did so with great respect, kindness, thoughtfulness, and wisdom. She was terrific in helping us understand the diagnosis and our treatment options, including the need to adapt BCT and how to use Prozac effectively. Dr. Goldstone was the person who made the diagnosis way less scary and enabled to mi e forward with learning to live with the disorder. She was terrific!

Dr. Goldstone was a good psychiatrist at first for getting me out of crises. After that, it felt she was manipulative, forceful, and vocal about issues in my life where she didn't have merit to be speaking. She forced me to see a psychologist SHE knew, even though I had a very healthy and productive relationship with someone else already in place (who I still see!). She intimidated me, made grand assumptions about my recovery, and left me feeling powerless. She attacked my character as a person and used things I had told her in therapy against me. I was desperate when I found her. I still wish I hadn't.
