Dr. Rachel Hailey is the best doctor I've ever had in my 81 years! Not only does she take excellent care of all my needs, she is warm and caring, almost like an involved family member! Every visit is filled with laughter as well as medical advice and compassion. Thank you!

I have been with this office since Dr. Nelson was my PCP. Since Dr. Nelson I have been seen by several physicians, however Dr. Hailey was more interested in me as a person. She was very caring and thorough throughout the annual examination.

Dr. Hailey is probably the most thorough, professional, respectful and caring doctor that I have ever seen. She is thorough in getting all the information needed to diagnose and treat whatever is ailing you. She is professional and respectful in her bedside manner. She is caring in her ways of talking to you about what is going on with your illness and she takes the time to provide additional information and resources for you to educate yourself on how to better care for yourself. She treats you like a member of the family not just a patient. You leave her office feeling like you truly were seen and heard and cared for. Her entire staff is exactly the same as she is. You feel like they are caring for their own family member. I would highly recommend if you want an "above and beyond kind of doctor" that you see Dr. Rachel Hailey. You'll feel as blessed as I do to say she is your doctor!
