Rachel Hessert, PhD

Rachel Haupt, PhD, provides care for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental conditions and specializes in treating autism spectrum disorder.Her clinical expertise includes assessing and treating ADHD, anxiety, depression and disruptive behavior disorder, in-person and remotely. As a clinical pediatric psychology fellow at Geisinger, Dr. Haupt assessed and triaged suicidal and aggressive behavior in the emergency room, provided consultation to Geisinger Janet Weis Children's Hospital and offered behavior intervention for children at Geisinger Medical Center's Multidisciplinary Sleep Clinic in Bloomsburg. She also assessed and treated patients at Geisinger's Autism and Developmental Institute in Lewisburg and Anxiety Clinic in Danville. Dr. Haupt has collaborated with administrators from the Danville Area School District to identify potential partnerships with community service agencies to support students with mental health concerns.
