Dr. Rachel Beth Kaufman, MD

Dr. Kaufman may by very well educated in general pediatric health, she needs comprehensive education in recognizing the signs of abuse and how to deal with the abused children, their reporting parents, and the perpetrating parents. Lesson One: You DO NOT side with, even if only in outward appearance, the abusive parent. She did not listen to my concerns and got snippy with me about it. She was just another link in the chain of abuse my children were subjected to. I will forever blame Dr. Kaufman for her part in allowing my children's abuse at the hands of their father because she dismissed my concerns without so much as even asking me OR my children ANYTHING about their experience. I hope the last thing she thinks about every night is the time she brushed off the concerns of a mother that contributed to the abuse cycle of that mother's children. She should be ashamed of herself.
