Dr. Rachel Ivy Mcconnell, MD

Passive aggressively Accusing me of of wrongful disciplinary actions with my child while looking at his bruises know full well we’ve been trying to figure out why he bruises so easy!

When I walked into the waiting room and approached the desk, the 2 receptionists decided to finish their conversation before acknowledging me. After checking in, I waited 30 mins past my appointment time. During that time, Dr. McConnell recieved a walk-in patient she seemed familiar with. She said it was better if this child and her mother wait in the hall because of all the "yucky sickness" in the waiting room. My sister and I were the only ones in the waiting room. My daughter was there for acid reflux-not contagious. She told the walk in patient that they would clean a room for them and then they were escorted back through the waiting room to the exam room. Again the doctor told them to "hold your breath because of the yucky germs." When I was finally called back (30 min after my appointment time) I waited another 15 minutes and their was no sign of a doctor. The nurse that took my daughter's height and weight was very nice. I walked out and told the receptionists that I couldn't… wait any longer as I have another appointment scheduled. They just looked at me...no response. I took my daughter and walked out. Terrible experience!

She is very responsive and helpful with my children

I love her . Shes seen my daugther ever since she was born. She explains everything good and she actually spends time with you and never rush out the door like some do. She is great and the staff are very nice as well.

The front office staff is always very nice and caring. The wait time is normally a little longer than I would like. The nurses have always been very nice and sweet to myself and my son. Dr. McConnell is amazing. She will sit and talk to you all day if you have questions - atleast that's how she makes you feel. She doesn't rush you out! I don't think we could have found a better pediatrician!!
