I would like to thank Dr. Racheal Sullivan she is very talented Doctor . I had a breast reduction surgery the results were amazing. Her staff is amazing also.

Dr. Sullivan is great. We loved her, but the staff need to get it together!!!! No call to remind or confirm appointment. Bad communication between the staff. The only time they call is when they need to reschedule the appointment. Supposed to have pre-admission done the week before surgery, but no one ever call to make the appointment. Reason was "I was on a vacation. Someone was supposed to call" & She's the manager. Took a copy of insurance, but she never got it because no one told her. Seriously, communicate! They are wonderful but they're not really doing their job.
