Dr. Rachel Tagoe, MD

If you value your health and time....do not use Dr. Tagoe as your doctor. She has terrible bedside manner. Shows zero empathy and is very impersonal. She doesn’t return phone calls in a timely manner. I legit had to wait a week before she did and she was very rude to speak to and was trying to rush me off the phone when I still had questions to ask. Also, she cancels her appointments either the night before or the day of. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a doctor or office.

She is extremely dismissive of patients, will only prescribe medications that she likes regardless of whether a patient is concerned about side effects, has had a reaction to similar drugs or it’s not the best option for the diagnosis. She’s also Judgmental of patients, particularly those with mental health issues

She has no regard for patient concerns at all. Her patients are no more than a number, she’s uncaring and her inability to read a patients name before entering the room is both alarming and makes me wonder what else she overlooks during office visits.

She made me feel comfortable and is very easy to talk to. I have recommended her to several people.

Dr Ampadu was very helpful to me when i brought in my son for a visit. She was very professional and helpful. I will recommend her to anybody that needs a very knowledgeable doctor. Thank you Dr. Ampadu!
