Several procedures for my feet and all have been extremely well. Very happy with Dr. Verville.

Dr. Verille's policy requires $200 non-refundable deposit for orthotics. I ordered a pair and was told they would be in in one month (which is twice as long as others). They called at the four-week mark and said they were trying to get the insurance company to pay for them but wanted me to call and try to convince them to pay. I did and heard no more form the doctor. After seven weeks I called to cancel my order and get my $200 back since they obviously had breached our purchase agreement and had no interest in getting my order to me and they said they were protected by a non-refundable policy. They did not care if I had waited 7 weeks, no refund and hung up on me when I asked them to stop talking over me on the phone. IS THE PATIENT CARE YOU WANT? My next step with this character is Small Claims court!
